Pink Feather Foundation works to improve the lives of students by partnering with teachers to confidentially provide clothing and accessories at no cost.

Pink Feather Foundation was founded out of a desire to better support students’ basic needs so they can be confident, engaged, and prepared to achieve their full potential.

Pink Feather Foundation is currently serving teachers and students in MSAD 17 and RSU 16.

Step 1

Access

After initial contact with Pink Feather, the teacher will be granted access to the password-protected shopping portal on our website.

Our process is completely confidential for the student—we only ask for basic information for our records.

step 2

Shop

We encourage teachers to invite their student to sit with them and “shop” for their own clothes.

Our inventory is supplied by donations of new and like-new items from generous donors in our community.

step 3

Delivery

The student’s clothing is delivered to their school’s main office in our signature packaging.

The teacher and student will decide if the student feels comfortable bringing the package home with them, or if they would prefer to have a parent or guardian pick up the package.
